Opis
Opis:
- The use of burrs with the PFERD TOOLS HICOAT coating HC-NFE prevents chips adhering during work on soft aluminium alloys.
- This increases the tool life and improves the surface quality of the workpiece.
- Cylindrical burr with radius end according to DIN 8032.
- Combination of cylindrical and ball-shaped geometries.
- PFERD TOOLS EFFICIENCY recommends burrs with the HICOAT coating for working for long periods with low levels of fatigue, whilst saving resources and achieving perfect results as quickly as possible.
Cecha szcz.:

- RPM from, soft non-ferrous metals: 16000 RPM
- RPM from, thermoplastics, fibre-reinforced plastics (GRP/CRP): 16000 RPM
- RPM to, hard non-ferrous metals: 34000 RPM
- RPM to, soft non-ferrous metals: 34000 RPM
- RPM to, thermoplastics, fibre-reinforced plastics (GRP/CRP): 34000 RPM
- Cut: ALU HC-NFE
- Dia. external, metric: 12 mm
- Dia. shank, metric: 6 mm
- Length, cut: 25 mm
- Length, total: 65 mm
Zaleta:
- Mainly used for long-chipping and lubricating non-ferrous metals.
- Maximum stock removal rate.
- Effective chip removal through improved anti-adhesion characteristics.
- Lower thermal loads.
- Increased tool life.
Zastosowanie:
- Recommendations for use: To prevent vibrations, place the tools on powerful drives with an elastically supported spindle wherever possible. Observe the recommended rotational speeds. To ensure costeffective use of burrs, use a higher rotational speed and cutting speed. Use burrs with a shank diameter of 6 mm with drives with a power output from 300 watts.
- Applications: Cutting out holes; Deburring; Leveling; Milling; Milling out; Surface work; Work on weld seams
- Drive types: Flexible shaft drive; Tool machine; Automated centres; Straight grinder
